Virginia529 is making every effort to provide you with the highest level of online user experience within your account. In order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, please read below the new terms of agreement for online account access. If you choose to agree, please select 'I Agree' below and you will be directed to your account. If not, please exit and you will not be granted online account access to your account.
Prior to using Virginia529's online account access, you must affirmatively consent to the terms of our Online Access Agreement ("Agreement"). Online Access permits you to electronically initiate certain account transactions and review account information with Virginia529 ("Virginia529"). This Agreement contains the terms that govern your use of Online Access. You can agree to the terms of this Agreement by clicking on the I Agree button at the end of this Agreement.
Prior to consenting to this Agreement you must be informed of:(a) the option to receive a paper or non–electronic form of the record and the transactions or category of records that may be provided; (b) your right as a customer to withdraw this consent along with any of the conditions, consequences or fees in the event of such a withdrawal request and the procedures necessary to withdraw; (c) the procedure for requesting a paper copy of an electronic record; (d) your obligation to inform us and update us of how we can contact you electronically; (e) hardware and software requirements for access to and retention of electronic records; and (f) your responsibility to provide proof of your ability to access the information and electronically consent to all of these.
Records Available – Your Virginia529 account's transaction history that may normally be provided in writing may be provided electronically if you have consented to receive such records electronically and you have not withdrawn such consent.
Receiving a Paper Copy – You have the right to receive a paper copy of this Disclosure, a particular program’s program description, and any of the forms necessary to initiate certain account transactions. You may request a paper copy of these at no charge in one of the following ways: print a paper copy by visiting Virginia529.com; send an electronic mail message (“e–mail”) with your name and e–mail address to customerservice@virginia529.com, call us at 888–567–0540, or write to us at Virginia529, 9001 Arboretum Parkway, North Chesterfield, Virginia 23236 providing us your name and mailing address. Be sure to also list the documents you wish to obtain in paper form.
Your Consent to Receive Notices Electronically – To withdraw your consent to receive any Virginia529 E–Sign notices and/or future notices please notify us in one of the following ways: send an e–mail with your name and mail address to customer service at customerservice@virginia529.com, call us at 888–567–0540, or write to us at Virginia529, 9001 Arboretum Parkway, North Chesterfield, Virginia 23236. If you withdraw your consent, you may not access your account online or initiate online transactions. A customer’s withdrawal of consent shall be effective within a reasonable period of time after receipt and verification by us.
Notifying Us of a Change in your E–mail Address – You must notify us of any change in your e–mail address by contacting us in one of the following ways: log in to your account at Virginia529.com, call us at 888–567–0540 or write to us at Virginia529, 9001 Arboretum Parkway, North Chesterfield, Virginia 23236. For your security, further authentication of such requests may be required by Virginia529 before your email address is changed. A customer’s request to change an email address shall be effective within a reasonable period of time after receipt and verification.
Hardware and Software Requirements – In order to use Online Access and to access, receive and retain notices electronically, you must provide at your own expense the following minimum hardware: a computer or device capable of TLS v1.2 with a minimum of 128bit encryption. The site can be viewed with conventional web browsers (examples include current versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari). The site is best viewed with a screen minimum resolution of 800X600 pixels. You confirm that your computer will meet these specifications and requirements and will permit you to access and retain any notice electronically each time you access and use Online Access.
Change in Hardware and/or Software Specifications – We will give you notice of any change of the previously disclosed specifications and/or requirements if the proposed change will adversely affect your ability to access and retain subsequent electronic notices from us. Nothing in this agreement affects the content or timing of disclosures to be provided by any other statute, regulation or other rule of law.
BY CLICKING “I AGREE” BELOW You consent to the electronic delivery of the Online Access Agreement and other notices or disclosures relating to the Agreement. You also consent to all terms of this Agreement. You confirm that you are able to access information in an electronic form and you also agree that Virginia529 does not need to provide you with an additional paper (non–electronic) copy of the Agreement unless specifically requested. You agree to the terms and conditions of all applicable notices and disclosures.
